The Day that it all came together
Bobby was a 3 year old gelding very nervous and shy, he had been given a very rough start in life, starved nearly to death as a youngster.
Despite the bad start Bobby was a gentle lad, he was always trying to please and to be forgiven, it was not that he had done anything wrong but, the way he saw it he must have been bad to be treated the way he was.
He was found in an auction ring, (being pulled about by people looking to buy a cheap horse), quite a scary place for a young animal, people looking into his mouth and feeling his legs, lots of noise and hustle going on whatever must have been going through his mind?
He was sold, to some people not that he knew that. He was loaded into a trailer and driven away (I am sure he was thinking "what now, is this the end") luckily for Bobby this was the beginning of a new chapter in his life.
He was put in a stable with deep warm straw, a big hay net and fresh water. He was then left alone to eat it in peace. Later that night, his haynet was topped up water re-filled. Bobby ate is hay and had a peaceful nights sleep.
The next day his stable was mucked out, he was given some food (wasn't quite sure what to do with it at first, but sniffed if tasted it WOW this was heaven to him). He was also given more fresh hay and water.
This continued and Bobby was allowed out in the fields, he made new friends and got to really enjoy life for the first time.
One day about 6 months later he was put into a trailer and taken to a very strange place. He was again put in a warm stable, later that day he was taken into this big round pen.
A man walked in the pen with him and scared him away and made him run around the outside for a while, and then all of a sudden Bobby realised this man was trying to communicate with him by using a language which he understood.
So Bobby showed the man that he understood him by licking and chewing (a sign foals make to there mothers), then man then turned away, and Bobby walked up to him. (He had found a human friend, and he wanted to be with this man). The man stroked Bobby's nose and neck gently. He then started to walk away, Bobby wanted to stay with him and followed him everywhere he went and which ever way turned.
This continued for a week by the end of the week the man had even sat on his back, even though bobby was completely unbroken, the strange thing was, Bobby didn't mind at all, He trusted this man and knew he wouldn't harm him.
This is just one example of how Horse Whispering can Help your horse, and change his life for good and for the better.

After many years of keeping horses I finally found the way to make this work for both me and my horse's and now enjoy the time I spend with them having loads of fun and no pointless battles, that no one every wins.
